Training Packages

To cover all your fitness needs, I have put together 4 convenient, effective, results-driven training packages. They are: The Few & The Proud, The Recruit, The Soldier and The Warrior. Below are descriptions of each package. My base fee per session is $39 on a pay-as-you-go plan. However, if you were to sign up for one of the plans listed below and pay up front on a per month basis, there is a 10% discount. I find that when people become financially vested in their pursuit of change, they have taken one of the most important steps towards commitment. For youth training, my fee is $58 per week for twice a week. Again, if the full month is paid up front, there is a 10% discount. All pricing does not include taxes.

The first session is an evaluation session and is not included in the price. This evaluation session is free. During this session I will gather all the information I need to put together the most impactful workout for you. I will also go over any questions or concerns you may have and we will schedule the times that work best and location of workout. Locations can be at my newly, renovated Warriors Den Studio or in the comfort and convenience of your own home where I will bring all the tools necessary for your training. All you will need to provide is a comfortable, spacious, safe area in which to workout in and your strong desire to reach your fitness and lifestyle goals.   

The Few, The Proud Package                                                                                             $312/Mo.
(1-on-1 Sessions, 2x a Week)
Begin your training by uncovering your current fitness level. This workout will test and challenge you at a basic but intense level. By working out 2x a week, you will experience a great workout with plenty of recovery between sessions. This will allow you to slowly, but consistently, increase your strength and endurance with each workout.

The Recruit Package**                                                                                                         $468/Mo.
(1-on-1 Sessions, 3x a Week)
When you are ready to elevate your current fitness level, this will become your ideal workout package. With 3 sessions weekly, you will have an opportunity to workout your entire body with strength, core and cardio programs that will push you to your limits and then push some more. The Recruit Package is your best workout when you add your strong desire to achieve greater results and reach your fitness goals.

The Soldier Package
(1-on-1 Sessions, 4x a Week, Location at The Warriors Den only)
OORAH! This is it! A great plan to expedite your fitness goals, whatever they may be. In my specially designed Marine Corps. inspired workouts, we will take your fitness to an entirely new challenging level. We will work the entire body focusing on more advanced cardio and core workouts, rounded out with isolated-strength training for all your muscle groups. This is a perfect elixor if you want to burn maximum calories and build absolute strength. Working out at this intense and more frequent level, your results will be seen and felt more rapidly.

The Warrior Package
(1-on-1 Sessions, 5x a Week, Location at The Warriors Den only)
If you are serious about your fitness goals, then this is your ideal plan. In my unique, fully-customized Warrior Package, I will introduce an elite way that I currently use in my own training to deliver the best results for all your goals. This is a full plan that includes genuine Marine Corps. boot camp drills that encompass strength, cardio, core, endurance and speed. Marine Boot Camp is the most intense, physically demanding, mentally challenging fitness training in the world. My Warrior Package is taken directly from this exact model. This plan is only for serious and more advanced fitness enthusiasts that are looking to take their training to a more extreme level. The Warrior Package is my signature program that will create the Warrior in you, a Warrior for Excellence.

The Wingman Package - Buddy up                                                                             $480/Mo.*
(Buddy Sessions, 2x a Week)
Not sure if training 1-on-1 is right for you? Thinking about working out, but would rather do it with a friend? Well this is the right package for you. My Wingman Package is the perfect way to not only train for yourself, but to get the added bonus of a friend who will be your training partner and a great source of support and motivation. Experience my specially designed workouts specifically designed to showcase the need to rely on your partner during the entire workout, as you will both need to work together to achieve successful results. Junior Recruit Package - Youth Training                                                                   $232/Mo.*
(1-on-1 Sessions, 2x a Week)
My Youth Training is intended to teach a child good habits that he/she will form for the rest of their life. I will focus on the correct way to exercise for a youth. This workout will help the child develp self-confidence, strength and endurance. By working out 2x a week, he/she will experience a great workout with plenty of recovery between sessions. Not only will this experience be fun, but educational as well, for the youth and parent. Ultimately, success is the responsibility of the youth in training, but to ensure this, we strongly urge the support and guidance from the parents to help in this endeavor.

**A 48-session package (which is the equivalent to 3x a week for 4 months) is your optimal result package. Results are best seen after working out for a 120-day period, 3x a week, approx. 40 minutes per session.

After your free initial consultation and session, the next step would be to decide which package would be ideal for you. After you have committed yourself and enrolled in Warriors for Excellence Training, I would then send you an invoice via email and payments are accepted through PayPal or cash. Through PayPal, you can use your Mastercard or Visa.

My customized workouts are designed to last approx. 45 minutes. However, due to instruction, demonstration and your current fitness level, you should anticipate longer workouts in the beginning. Optimally, within a few weeks, we should be right on track towards our 45-minute workouts.

Each workout session is comprised of warm up, workout and cool down. The warm up and cool down are approx. 5 minutes each for a total of 10 minutes. The actual workout is approx. 30 minutes, making each session approx. 45 minutes. Some workouts may be longer than 30 minutes as your fitness level increases.

  • Refer a friend discount! For any individual that you refer and they sign up for a package, you will receive a $50 gift card.

Cancellation Policies

If your schedule should change and you need to reschedule a session, please notify me 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. I respect your time, so please always respect the time I have scheduled with you.

Last minute cancellations/Same day - I understand that "life" happens and things arise in your day. If this should happen, please notify me ASAP, so I can make any necessary adjustments and we can reschedule. If you are sick, please call and cancel as soon as possible. It is not advisable to train when you are not feeling 100%.

All payments are due prior to the month of training. I am understanding that sometimes things come up and there might be cancellations. For the Junior Recruit package, it is $232 for the month, no refunds. If there are extensive cancellations, I will have to inquire about the committment level and possibly terminate our relationship. I cannot have time slotted with many cancellations when I can train someone else who is more committed. Of course, if I cancel an appointment, I will refund for that time. Also, being that everyone is at a certain time spot, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to just cancel. I cannot run into someones else's timeframe. So please notify me if you are running late for any reason.    

Always keep in mind, true change comes from true discipline. The more you keep to your scheduled appointments, the better results you will achieve.

If for some reason I need to cancel a session with you, I will do my best to reschedule that same week.
